Dear all clients,
Some clients suffer buffering and lag while streaming iptv service. In this thread, I want to help you understand why it is lag or buffering and how to debug/fix it
1. Point 1: The first rule is you don't use over your allowed connections (devices). Say if you purchase 1 connection, make sure you watch on 1 device at a time. You can install the iptv app on multiple devices, but you can only watch on 1 device at a time. This is the golden rule. If this rule breaks, the stream will stop every 30 seconds or so, and all streams still stop. 2
2. Point 2: If RULE 1 is satisfied, which means you only watch within your allowed number of connections, then we continue to RULE number 2. Check if ALL channels buffer, or just some channels buffer. If ALL channels buffer, then we will MOVE TO point 3. If some channels buffer, then it means there might be problem with those some channels. Just open a ticket or REPORT to the support with those specific channels to check.
3. Point 3: IF ALL CHANNELS buffer, read on please. Just wonder yourself why all channels buffer? If it buffers every 30 seconds, now look at POINT 1. You might be using more than what you purchased. If you are 100% sure you only use in allowed number devices, then you can ask the SUPPORT to check further. The support can see total of LIVE connections which means they can see the ONLINE DEVICES and if you go over, they can see. But this has to happen while you are watching on your devices.
If you are 100% SURE you don't break POINT 1 (overusage), then this could be your internet. It is too slow. It has low bandwidth at primetime (PEAK TIME). In this case you have to do speedtest. Go to speedtest.net and see how fast is your DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD internet speed. For DOWNLOAD it should be 20Mbps to watch HD channels, while UPLOAD speed should be 2-3Mbps.
Also you should tell the CUSTOMER SUPPORT your location. If you are living overseas, you might have problem with some channels/countries as our servers are mostly in USA.
Also if you live in WEST COAST, you might have problem with channels that are placed in EAST SERVERS. If you are in EAST COAST you might have problem with channels in WEST SERVERS. And so on.
In this case we recommend you to use a VPN service. A VPN service will bridge the connection between you and our SERVERS. Say you are in WEST COAST and the channels you are trying to watch is in EAST SERVERS, you can turn on VPN > SELECT a location in the middle like DENVER, DALLAS, or even in LOS ANGELES and then try to watch again. The connection between VPN servers are fiber all the way so it is very fast. The VPN usually solves the problem for slow internet users and too far away users.
If you don't have a VPN service, We recommend to try F-VPN. Now you can get 1 month free TRIAL of VPN here: https://www.f-vpn.com and use the PROMOTION CODE: 1MONTHFREE
