Can't login to hosting page...please help

I was directed hear as a replacement for my old service that went down about a month ago. It appears that the hosting site for "monthly impact newsletter" is now down (for about a week or so...it was working because I had submitted a couple tickets when I first signed up).

I'm not sure if my service will be renewed at the expiration date (coming soon) or what will happen. I am looking for a way to connect with them or if my service does not renew I will be looking for a new provider.

If anyone has any insight please reply, I am hoping to avoid an interruption in service if possible. If "monthly impact" is no longer viable I would be looking for a replacement provider.

I'm sure there will be many confused customers very soon who migrated here the same time I did so this will be helpful to others as well...THANKS

No. In my case the page will not even load, it's not just a matter of not being able to log in.

Wish someone would suggest a replacement service. I have a felling once our term expires we're gonna be SOL.

i am having same issue and was also migrated to this svc hopefully everything can get resolved because cant contact on discord and no othere server was provided on there.

Now the support ticket email doesn't work either. I see someone keeps posting events for the day but nobody is answering, not even DMs. Unfortunate

Well, it appears to be down now.

Bummed cuz I was actually liking the service with all the VOD & 24/7 content

Sucks that there is no support or community here to help either
