The "newsletter" link doesn't work (not the invite link the one to pay hence client area) . I was working On an open ticket with someone who was very courteous to help me and although I have not yet been successful To actually watch but I submitted payment.
And slowly but surely I'll continue to troubleshoot with all my overtime work (day job). I practice patience well and I'm hopeful that All works out. I'm sure you guys are working hard on your end. Loyal customer since beginning of Nextgen. Reach back, A!

Not to website no......but thank goodness I was able to get service up and running before whatever happened happened......... but I need to setup more accounts and I can't get ahold of linda

I also tried the support email that's on the bottom of my last month payment receipt but no response

Does anyone know what is going on with the auto pay. Mine didn't come out of my payment method and the service was cut off but I could still view my account. I was looking through the setting an I guess I logged out now my ID and password won't let me login into my account. Someone should know something
