Can anyone help? I was told to uninstall version 36 and download new version 55. It downloads okay and installs but I don’t get to a login screen or open screen. The app doesn’t appear in the App Library. I had turned on the downloader app for unknown apps. Any suggestions of what the problem may be?

I also need help, keep getting a parse error when trying to download. I have verified the web address several times
